Hobgoblin has kidnapped Dan’s mother and is holding her hostage in a church at the Cypress Hills cemetery. Ghost Rider and Blaze track him there in hopes of recuing Mrs. Ketch. Spider-Man is also on their trail, trying to prevent Ghost Rider from killing Hobgoblin. An epic battle ensues with all three heroes defeating Hobgoblin and saving Mrs. Ketch.
