Blackout returns and the mysterious Firm has a mission for him – find Dan and Ghost Rider. After kidnapping his friends and family Blackout leaves Dan a message: Come home, come alone, and do not change into Ghost Rider or they all die! How can Dan possibly defeat Blackout without the power of the Ghost Rider? Answer: he can’t! On death’s door, Dan transforms into Ghost Rider to save not only his life but also the lives of the ones he loves. Ghost Rider defeats Blackout and evades the Firm however, he realizes he cannot transform back to Dan without risking his death. So where does he go from here? Why, to the Quinten Carnival of course.
